This department offers courses in the areas of philosophy of culture, history of philosophy, moral and political philosophy, as well as applied ethics. Thus, students acquire solid foundational training enabling them to understand a variety of philosophical views, to interpret, contextualize and nuance various convergent or divergent philosophical tenets. The Department of Practical Philosophy and History of Philosophy also organizes courses in the sphere of international relations, European studies and law, thus providing students with a broad perspective of professional specialization.
