Associate Professor Radu Dudău received a DPhil from the University of Konstanz in 2002, with a thesis on the Realism/Antirealism Debate in the Philosophy of Science. In 2013 he got a PhD in Political Science – International Relations from Bucharest’s National School of Political and Administrative Studies. He started his academic career at the Al. I. Cuza University in Iaşi and joined the University of Bucharest in 2007. His research interests include: philosophy of science, moral and political philosophy, international relations. He authored books and academic papers on analytic philosophy, as well as academic papers in international relations, foreign policy and energy politics. Between 2006 and 2010 he was head of the Research and Analysis Department at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Currently he is the Executive Director of Romania Energy Center, a think-tank specializing in energy policy, and personal advisor to the Energy Minister, in charge with elaborating a new National Energy Strategy.
